At Suetables, we want you to love your jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized, engraved, and custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the jewelry in its original Suetables packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
